Some patients may also benefit from simultaneous procedures to improve the effect of the facelift, such as eye lift or eyelid correction, a brow lift, or lipoplasty to the chin and jaw area.  Other patients may look to complement the results with maxilla-facial surgery by increasing or reducing the size and prominence of the chin.
